Above, color was just beginning to filter through the dark night sky. The ThunderClan camp was still below the pre-dawn sky. But soon the dawn patrols would need to go out...A lean tom slunk quietly past the camp entrance. In the silence of the sunrise, it felt like every one of his paw steps were as loud as his voice would've been. As he deposited his prey he'd caught on top of last night's fresh kill, it seemed like it landed with a thud that was as loud as his sister's voice... But of course, that was only because it was so silent. Somewhere in the ThunderClan tree tops, birds were beginning to awaken and sing.
Diversepelt gave a wide yawn, sitting back on his haunches next to the fresh kill pile. He hadn't been able to sleep last night, so he had went out into the forest and hunted. It wasn't very unusual for him to wander off. And still he felt fine, like he'd gotten a whole night of sleep. The deputy turned his magnificent blue orbs to the sky, the remaining starlight seemed to reflect in them. He sat patiently in the silence, waiting for some of his clan-mates to awaken. He considered who he was going to send on dawn patrols...

A little brown Kit came out of the nursery on her little white paws and looked at the dark sky above. All Kits Were asleep in the nursery except for her, She was bored. Fawnkit's short tail waved around over her spotted back where she got her name from. she was also small and fragile, but she was just a kit, that might change! Not noticing that the clan deputy was sitting in where she was walking because she was too caught up in the sights and smells of the early morning, she walked straight into him. He was much bigger than her so only she fell backwards. Fawn kit looked up with her big, Brown, Doe eyes and said,"sorry..."

The deputy closed his eyes and yawned, but the next thing he knew he felt something bump against his side. Diversepelt opened his eyes to see a kit fall backwards, and he couldn't help but smile a little as he yawned again. Kits were probably his soft spot; they were so cute and defenseless and innocent... most of the time anyway. "It's ok", he meowed to Fawnkit, "What are you doing up so early?" |

"I woke up early and Everyone else was asleep." she mewed back, "Its no fun when everyone is asleep, so I came Out." she licked her little kit paw and drew it over her ears. Fawnkit was moons away from being apprenticed, but she looked forward to proving her size was nothing. She wanted to be A warrior! A thunderclan warrior, the best and strongest warrior of all in her thoughts. her eyes beamed at the thought of the future.

I bet you'll be a good warrior too", Diversepelt knew the kit was young - and a little on the small side; but the deputy himself wasn't very big - compared to other toms at least. He wasn't thick or stocky, he was lean and wiry.[/blockquote][/size][/color] |

Silverish-gray paws, could be seen sticking from the nursery, big silver eye's peering threw the shadows watching the two cats in the clearing with excitement. Quivering the she-kit crouched, her overly long tail twitching in the dirt.
She was about tot have so much fun scaring the big warrior and Fawnkit, who she shared the nursery with. She couldn't wait.
Taking a small step into the mornings light, Fallenkit gathered her courage before darting out into the clearing as silent as she could be (which wasn't that silent), her battle cry caring across the clearing as she lunged on top of the other kit.
"I got you!"

Fawnkit looked in surprise as the other kit bowled her over, "Fallenkit!" putting her small size to use the brown and white she-kit slithered out of the Cats grasp and batted her long tail and jumping around her. She Used her mind over her body because it would not help her in battle against a Larger Foe.Her paws landed lightly on the ground as she bounced around, she hoped to impress Diverse.pelt and possibly have him as a mentor

Icepaw padded into camp, her calico fur rippling in the wind. She stared up at the night sky, wondering how beautiful and big things can be. She sighed. No one was out here at night. She enjoyed her freedom, but she had always wanted a mate and kits. Their kits, jumping around camp,.. *sigh* Icepaw dreamed of the future so early.
(I want a mate while an apprentice. Who wants to do an apprentice and pregnant series?)
