Jerking his way through the waters, Impaledtail splashed his now diry paws through the gross marshes. It seemed like eternity since he actually put his paws into something else other than dry land, and not just the type in the forest, but the type in the desert. It felt good for him to once again see how a liquid felt like.
Quickly, the tom twisted his neck in a 90 degree formation, making a small but noticeable crack. Shaking the pain off, he continued on, looking for anything he could devour. The only thing that even came out at this time of day was a robin, chirping endlessly through time.
"Alright, forget it, you're coming down." Impaledtail said to himself as he slowed down to get ready to get the piece of vermin. It wasn't far off, just about 15 foxlengths south-southeast of him. Now the other way, he began to sniff the prey's scent, getting it's exact location. Finding it, he saw it was through some strings of tall grass, jumping around for no appearent reason. Crouching downward, the cat moved toward the robin, at a rather fast pace.

Nice try. Brokenpaw said in a loud fashion, scaring away the robin. This is how it's really done. The thingyy tom balanced on his haunches, letting his front claws fully extend in length. Watch and learn. With a strong leap, he pounced on a leaf nearby to desinstrate his skill. I know your better, but how's it lookin'? [[Sorry tis short.]]

Its looking good Brokenpaw. Looking around, he noticed another cat...making a noise that made the robin run away. Muttering under his breath, he started to chase after the vermin. Moving as fast as he could, he jumped over the marshes & pools of swamp water, even though it seemed like they moved in front of him again and again. However, at some point before his claw reached the robin, the angles of a couple of branches were put into a point where Impaledtail wasn't capable of overpowering. By cause of the branches, Impaledtail caught his legs between a hole and tripped over the rest, landing into a miniscule cave.
That wasn't enough to stop him though. Determined to catch his prey, the tomm acceleratedly jumped, attemping to escape the hole. His front paws holding onto the edge, he began to lift his body up, just to the point where he could jump out.
